I am passionate about helping people of all ages and stages break free from binge and emotional eating so they can live a healthier, happier life!
Jennifer Blackwood lives in Leduc, Alberta, Canada with her husband and her four children; three daughters and one son. She's spent a lifetime experimenting and learning about what it means to truly live a healthy life. She's completed numerous courses and personal study to enhance her own strength and ability to remain healthy while sharing her wisdom with others. Her innate interest in the amazing human body and how it functions has led her to spend a year enrolled in an intensive study at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). Here she has focused more thoroughly on specific vitamins and minerals that the body needs to thrive, human anatomy and physiology, the environment and how it affects nutrition, how stress directly affects overall health and so much more. Her desire is to help people find simple, effective ways to feel great long term. She believes it's the sum of the "little" things in life that allow or don't allow people to be the best they can be!! She is passionate about seeing people living the best version of themselves in a healthy and intentional way!
Jennifer lives and breathes KISS!!! Keep. It. Simple. Sweetheart!! Life is chaotic and fantastic all at the same time and it's learning how to balance these two things that we put ourselves in a WONDER - FULL kind of life!
Jessica is originally a Manitoba girl, but made the move to Leduc, Alberta, Canada in June of 2012 where she enjoys her crazy life with her wonderful husband and 4 daughters. She began her career as a photographer back in high school, but quickly spun off into graphic design and marketing. She dedicates her life to serving others, partnering with them through their passions, and running her businesses through the same mentality. To see others succeed in following their calling fuels her soul.
Jessica is excited to see EmpowerWays impact the way people see themselves, and redefine what 'healthy living' looks like, feels like, sounds like!
