Session Topics Include:
- Meal planning, recipes and grocery lists
- Why we experience temptation and how to overcome it so that your success is inevitable.
- How stress affects weight loss and what you can do to relieve immediate stress.
- What God's Word says about you, your body, His purpose in and through you, hunger, overcoming temptation, love and acceptance, desire, pleasure and more!
You’re given weekly devotions, a step-by-step action plan, accountability and support from Certified Master Health Coach Kristine Rustand and Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant Jennifer Blackwood
